To better assist your support needs we ask that you fill out the form below. If more than one device is experiencing issues, we request you fill out and upload this form. Once we receive your support request, you will be emailed a case number.
*In the event that your hardware will need to be evaluated at an offsite location we ask that you please populate the return "Ship To" information. Please note that an estimate will be provided for your review and approval for any repairs outside of the manufacturer’s warranty prior to returning the hardware.
Response times can take up to four business hours depending on volume and the time of day you submitted your request.
