Where it all began...
Established in 1996, USAT was founded at the nexus of information and operations technology, focusing on enhancing the speed and efficiency of vital data communications for both human and machine assets in field environments.
Over the years, USAT empowered numerous organizations across public and private sectors with secure fixed and mobile wireless communication solutions, bolstering their operational metrics.
In 2019, MCA acquired USAT, culminating in the formal assimilation of the team into the MCA brand in 2024, now recognized as our CNS Team (Cellular Networking Solutions).

Our CNS team’s corporate headquarters are in Chapel Hill, one corner of the Research Triangle region of North Carolina. We serve the entire USA, and via our assimilation within the MCA family of companies, we have installation facilities spread out across over 10+ states and 80+ locations. Our team has access to a selection of federal, regional, state and cooperative purchasing agreements. We are active in sam.gov for federal buyers. Likewise, you can engage with us through the Ariba network.
