Cradlepoint Announces New NetCloud Essentials For FirstNet

Cradlepoint announces two new products that make it easier to order a full Mobile FirstNet solution. With the attention being paid to First Responders and public safety networks, almost every First Responder agency is considering how to move forward with next-generation in-vehicle and in-station networks. Cradlepoint is taking a lead in providing a solution to First Responder agencies with its trusted, secure, and rugged portfolio of Mobile and Branch solutions – like NetCloud Essentials.

Cradlepoint is adding two new products that simplify the process of ordering an in-vehicle solution. These packages provide customers with a dual-modem solution that supports multi-carriers (one is AT&T only, and the other is multi-carrier). The goal of these new packages is to simplify ordering with a single SKU that includes the Essentials package for Mobile, the “FirstNet Ready” modem, and modem dock (where needed).

The new NetCloud Essentials for FirstNet package with the IBR900 includes:

• 3-year NetCloud Essentials Solution Package for Mobile with IBR900 and embedded 600M multi-carrier modem
• MC400-600M-C Band 14 modular modem for AT&T (“FirstNet Ready”)
• COR Extensibility Dock
